Thirty-day returns, a lifetime warranty on the teeth, and a real person reading your email. No claim forms, no runaround.

The short version

Unused and in its packaging within 30 days, we'll refund it. Something arrived broken or stopped working, we'll replace it. Teeth chipped or the magnet gave out, that's covered for life.

01 / 30-Day Returns

Changed your mind.

You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused item for a refund. It needs to be in its original packaging and in resellable condition.

Email help@herbsaverusa.com with your order number and we'll send return instructions.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was faulty or we shipped the wrong thing.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return.

Original shipping charges aren't refunded unless the return is our error.

No restocking fee. If it comes back unused, you get the full product price back.

02 / Damaged Or Wrong

Our mistake, our problem.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or refund you — your choice. You won't need to ship anything back.

03 / Lifetime Warranty

On the teeth.

Every HerbSaver grinder we've made since 2014 carries a lifetime warranty on the grinding teeth. If a tooth chips, bends or dulls under normal use, we replace the grinder.

Covered: chipped, bent or broken teeth, and magnets that stop holding.

Not covered: normal cosmetic wear, scratches, discolouration, lost pieces, or damage from drops, heat or misuse.

No time limit, no registration needed.

04 / What We Can't Take Back

A few exceptions.

Custom printed items. Made to your approved artwork, so they can't be resold. A printing fault is still on us and we'll reprint it.

Used products, unless they're covered by the warranty above.

Items returned after 30 days without a warranty claim.

Final sale items, where marked.

05 / Limited Editions

Sold out means sold out.

Limited edition and seasonal designs are produced in small runs and aren't restocked. If you return one for a refund, we can't guarantee an exchange for the same design — it may already be gone.

06 / Wholesale Orders

Trade accounts.

Wholesale and distribution orders follow separate terms. Damaged or short shipments are replaced on receipt of a photo. See wholesale terms or email wholesale@herbsaverusa.com.
