You must be 21 or older to buy from this site. By ordering you confirm you meet that age requirement and that the products are legal where you live. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
Our products are sold as grinders, storage and accessories for legal culinary and herbal use. Nothing on this site is intended to encourage illegal activity, and you're responsible for complying with your local laws.
We accept major cards and the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you order. We don't store your full card details — payments are handled by our payment processor. Sales tax is applied where required by law.

When you submit artwork for custom printing, you confirm you own it or have permission to use it, and you accept responsibility for any third-party claim arising from it. We don't print trademarks we don't have written authorisation for. Custom items are made to your approved proof and can't be returned, though a printing fault is on us and we'll reprint it.
You're responsible for keeping your login details private and for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access. We can suspend or close accounts used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.
The HerbSaver name, logo, product designs, artwork, photography and site content are our intellectual property and can't be copied or used commercially without written permission. Reviews and content you post give us permission to display and share it in connection with the brand.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
