Disassemble Your Mini Grinder
Unscrew all 4 chambers. Locate the screen — it sits between the middle chamber and the kief catcher.

Pop Out The Old Screen
Use a fingernail or flat tool to gently push the old screen up from underneath. It pops out easily since it's friction-fit.

Drop In The New Screen
Place a new screen into the same slot. Press down gently around the edges until it sits flush. That's it.

Reassemble And Grind
Screw all 4 chambers back together. Test by grinding a small amount — kief should start collecting again immediately.

How do I know if I need a new screen?

Will these fit my Large HerbSaver?
No — these are made specifically for the Mini HerbSaver. The Large grinder uses a 1.75" screen vs the Mini's 1.09" screen. Get Large replacement screens here.
Will these fit my Aluminum HerbSaver?
No — the Large Aluminum grinder uses a different screen size and isn't compatible with Mini screens. If you have an Aluminum grinder and need a replacement screen, please reach out to customer service.
How long does each screen last?
With normal use, a screen typically lasts 1-2 years. Heavy daily users may need to replace more often (every 6-12 months). The 3-pack ensures you've got spares for years of grinding.
What's the 65 Micron rating mean?
65 micron refers to the mesh opening size — small enough to catch fine kief crystals but large enough to let them pass through while keeping plant matter out. This is the optimal balance for kief collection in both Mini and Large grinders.
Are these covered by the lifetime warranty?
Kief screens are wear items, not covered by the lifetime warranty (which covers grinder teeth). However, if your screens arrive damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days for a free replacement.
Can I clean the old screen instead?
Yes — for light clogging, soak the screen in warm soapy water and brush gently with a soft toothbrush. For heavier buildup, soak in isopropyl alcohol for 20-30 minutes (stainless steel handles alcohol fine), then rinse and dry. But if the mesh is bent or torn, replace it.
